DESCRIPTION

With Launch Control mobile app you are able to change the status of a lead from warm to hot, from cold to nurture, and keep your leads in order.

How to change Lead Statuses?

  1. Tap on the status icon on the left from the prospect name.

2. You will see the list of status icons:

  1. - Hot Lead (offer, ready to sell)

  2. - Warm Lead (conversion potential, interest shown)

  3. - Nurture (follow up needed but with personal approach)

  4. - Drip (Drip Automations, timed touches)

  5. - Not Interested (explicitly stated or otherwise expressed no interest)

  6. - Wrong Number (a direct or indirect statement that it's a wrong person/number)

3. Select the desired status icon and the status will be changed instantly

4. Status can also be changed on the Conversation Box screen
Click on the specific prospect, and then tap on the status icon.
