The AI Template Builder is an automated tool that generates SMS templates based on proven real estate outreach strategies.
For the initial release, you can generate templates using two approaches:
Direct Purchase: Ideal for investors or buyers looking to purchase properties directly.
Landbuyer: Tailored messaging for land acquisition and land-focused leads.
More template approaches and strategies will be added in future updates.
You can generate templates for both:

Follow-up messages
Free Generations by Plan
Each plan includes a number of free AI template generations to help you get started:
Lite – 2 free generations
Core – 3 free generations
Pro – 4 free generations
Pro Plus – 5 free generations
Enterprise A – 6 free generations
Enterprise B – 8 free generations
Enterprise C – 10 free generations
Once your free generations are used, additional template generations will be billed according to your plan tier.
Pricing for Additional Generations
After your free generations are exhausted, each new AI-generated template will be charged as follows:
Lite & Core: $3 per generation
Pro & Enterprise: $2 per generation
